Serving You With Quality And Value
Safety is paramount at A-1 Body & Frame. All team members are provided with proper Personal Protective Equipment, ongoing safety training, and are empowered to immediately stop production if they feel that a team member is not working safely, or that a repair to a vehicle would not be safe.
We cannot imagine a “less than” repair. We will work with you to complete a repair that combines technology, skill, experience and craftsmanship, so you can be confident that your vehicle is fixed right, for many years to come.
OUR FAMILY VALUES
Respect for the vehicle owner, their property, and mutual respect for our team members is at the heart of what we do at A-1 Body & Frame. Every team member is important and valued – and every step of every repair, every vehicle, and every customer is just as important and deserves our complete attention
Our customers entrust us with their vehicle for safe, proper repairs to their vehicle – often one of the most valuable possessions they own, and one that is depended on for getting through the tasks of daily life. Trust, once broken, is immensely difficult to re-gain. We must always be vigilant to honor the trust placed in us.
No one person makes the collision repair process work – our estimators, customer service representatives, parts managers, disassembly technicians, body and frame repair technicians, painters, mechanics and detailers all must work together and understand how they must give their very best work to the next team member, so that they can give their very best work to our customer.
Integrity goes hand-in-hand with Trust. We will champion for you, the vehicle owner, to complete a safe, proper repair. No corners are cut in our process – we will NEVER do something we said we wouldn’t, or not do something we said we would.
We cannot imagine a “less than” repair. We will work with you to complete a repair that combines technology, skill, experience and craftsmanship, so you can be confident that your vehicle is fixed right, for many years to come.
While we certainly cannot anticipate some of the challenges that may arise in the repair process – further damage, parts shortages, illness, weather, or even problems with the mail – we have tools and strategies in place to allow us to rapidly change our approach to complete your repair in a timely fashion. And of course, we will always be in contact with you, the vehicle owner, through every step of the process.
Our goal as a company is to grow to better serve our customer. To grow our business, we must support and grow our team members through continuing education and training, invest in new tools and technologies, and work towards new products, services, and locations to bring hassle-free automotive repair and service to our customers.
